All Roads Lead To Thailand
First we had Titus Bonai who nearly signed for BEC Tero. Then we had Victor Ibgenefo and greg Nwokolo, both naturalised Indonesians, on loan with Chiang Rai United.
Now we have one time poster child Irfan Bachdim trialling with BEC Tero and playing against Nakorn Ratchasima in a friendly.
Will he make the move to the Thai Premier League and will others follow his lead. The Thai league offers all that Indonesia does; cranky politics, nutty leadership, on field brawls but adds a better chance of getting paid.
