Mahdu Is A Ram
When Singaporeans like to whine about the lack of talent in their football I always mention the name Madhu Mohana. Unfortunately there was little chance of the 19 year old making any impact on the AFF Cup after he received a four month ban for his part in the brawl between Young Lions and Beijing Guoan.
Now the midfielder has signed for Woodlands Wellington, last season they finished 12th in the 12 team league and are working hard in the transfer market to build a squad to improve on that dreadful showing.
For Madhu it's a strange move. Why would Young Lions let such a talented player leave when their remit is to gather together the youngest, brightest talent in the country?
