Dollo desires new striker
Today's Top Skor is reporting Persija are close to signing a new striker. Technical Director Benny Dollo hinted that the player was African and he has experience of playing in Indonesia.
My feeling is that the Kemayoran Lions are targeting a big front man in much the same manner they did last season when they recruited Fabio Lopes but the question is who?
I know of one striker who has not been happy with his club for a while but then again they could really spring a surprise...I'm talking a player who left the country under a cloud?
Just clutching at straws really.
They may also be looking to add an attacking midfielder to their ranks, depending on how Ricardo Carresco does in the remaining games before the transfer window opens next month.
