Persib's pulling power
Rene Martinez, their new signing from Deltras, joined Persib's training session and was gobsmacked to see something like 2,000 fans there just watching players dance between the cones.
Ok, it ain't Real Madrid with their 80,000 who welcomed Ronaldo but it's more than attend most TPL or SLeague games.
The Persib Card, launched recently, has already sold something like 5,000 boosting the club's coffers no end.
It's good to see clubs here starting to recognise the potential for revenue away from local government.
