SAF closer to yet another SLeague
Young Lions v SAF 0-5 (Duric 3, Therdsak Chaiman, Kenji Arai) 1,369
DPMM v Super Reds 3-2 (Helmi Zambin, Abdelhamid Berguiga, Safari Wahit; Yu Hyun Koo, Choi Dong Soo)
SAF now need just 16 points from their final 9 games to clinch yet another SLeague title after a convincing performance against the Young Lions proved, yet again, Richard Bok's aging veterans are no match for the best the city state can produce.
DPMM came from behind with two late goals to defeat the Koreans. They stay 10 points behind SAF in the race for second.
Tonight sees Tampines Rovers, now in 4th, take on Balestier Khalsa who have been getting some results recently with the addition of their new new Korean signings. Victory for the Stags could see them climb back to 2nd.
