Sriwijaya's international keeper Ferry Rotinsulu was injured again as Sriwijaya lost vital ground on leaders Persipura.
Christian Gonzales gave the home team the lead after he broke Sriwijaya's offisde trap and calmly beat Ferry. Minutes late his rival at the top of the scoring charts, Ngan A Djam equalised with a free header from a corner.
