Exclusive - Richard Bok reflects on life on the road
On Kashima Antlers away
In Japan, we did our very best, but we were unable to maintain at the level throughout the match, once they scored in the 30 min, its always a challange for us. We were simply outclassed by Kashima. Having say that, we gave our best and i cant fault the players.
On DPMM away
Regarding Brunei, we were tired after all the travelling, its not an excuse but it's a fact. We were poor 1st half, after they scored their 2nd after 2min of the restart, we started to dominate the match but could not convert our chances. But i will make sure that when they visit us in Singapore ( 2 times ), we will be ready for them.
