Young Lions climb seven places
Young Lions v Home United 1-0 (Obadin Aikhena ) 2,863
Young Lions climbed from 12th to 5th after a surprise win over Home United last night at Jalan Besar Stadium in front of another healthy crowd.
The Lions have lost two games this season, against high flying SAF and Gombak, by just a single goal margin. Last night was their first win and they now have six points from their six games.
Sivaji's Home United are having a poor start to the season. This was their second straight defeat, the other against Albirex Niigate was also a goal to nil, while their solitary victory came against Balestier Khalsa when they won 3-0.
With just five points Home are one point clear of bottom side Sengkang Punggol and already nine points behind early leaders DPMM.
But while it looks like the crowds are up in the SLeague where have the goals gone? After five or six games played only SAF have reached double figures with 12.
