Indonesian Super League

PSM v Persijap 0-0 12,000
Persija v Persela 1-0 25,615 (Bambang Pamungkas)
Deltras v Persita 0-0 5,860
Persiwa v Persipura 1-0 7,000 (Redouanne Barkaoui)

Persija wanted a tall striker to pose an aerial threat and take some of the pressure off Bambang so they went and signed Fabio Lopes from Persib Bandung. And after a scrappy first half last night at Bung Karno the Brazilian came good with a knock down from a free kick leaving BP to knock the ball home. Moments later Robertinho stuck the Persela keeper's fingers with a vicious drive from 20 yards but all the got was a corner.

Persela, roared on by several hundred travelling fans, offered little and their leading scorer Marcio Souza scowled and pouted his way through the game. Their only threat came from free kicks but then we knew that didn't we?

In the Papuan derby an early goal by new signing Barkaoui, also from Persib, was enough to inflict Persipura's third defeat of the season. The Moroccan had initially moved to Persiba, or perhaps not.

Deltras hosted Persita with their new signings paraded for the first time. Danilo Fernando, Hilary Echesa and Gustavo Cheva but the galaxy of stars failed to inspire them as Persita held out for a 0-0 and they stay bottom with the Tangerang side just two points above them.

Comments:
Couple of amendments to your results Jakarta...

Krung Thai Bank played Tobacco and won 3-2. This is KTB's last competition before leaving the professional ranks.

BG FC Sport have a combined team with Raj Vithi in Group E. As do Sriracha who are combing with Haaka. All confusing.

Pattaya won 5-0.

thanks for that df

think i ll lay off the queens cup for a while!
