Persisam Goal Riot
Down in the Indonesian Premier League yesterday Persisam thrashed Persikota 6-1 in Samarinda.
The East Kalimantan side have invested heavily in the hope of getting promoted to the ISL and yesterday the side from Tangerang, themselves 5-1 winners on Monday, were roundly tonked.
Two famous names were among the goals with Ilham Jayakusuma getting a hat trick and Kurniawan Dwi Yulianto also scoring one. Even Hernan Ortiz, formerly of PSIS and Persija, got on the score sheet.
Mostapa Aji scored for Persikota but then you would have guessed that wouldn't you?
Persisam lie 3rd with four points from three games while Persikota are 6th with the same points but a negative goal difference.
PSSB, whipping boys last season, lead with seven points from three games while Persiraja lie second on six points.
