Persipura Go Top
The Black Pearls from Jayapura comfortably brushed past Persita winning 3-0. Two goals from Boaz Solassa and one from defender Ricardo Salempessy did the trick.
Arema returned to winning ways under their new coach Gusnul Yakin, inflicting PSM's first defeat of the season 2-0. Mbamba and Serge did the damage.
After losing their last two games Sriwijaya needed three points badly and got them when they defeated Persiba 2-1. The hosts took the lead through Zandonaide on 13' but two goals from last season's player of the year, Zah Rahman, gave the champions the points and deepened Persiba coach Peter Butler's woes.
Persiwa showed they are a tough nut to crack in Wamena as they beat Persijap 1-0 while n the other game PSMS got a rare point, drawing 0-0 at PKT.
