Malaysia Cup Semi Finals
Kedah are just three games away from unprecedented back to back domestic trebles with Terengganu from the north east of the peninslula standing in their way.
Tonight sees the first leg at Stadium Darul Aman.
In the other semi Selangor face Johor at Shah Alam Stadium.
I guess the smart money is on a Selangor v Kedah final.
With Malaysia kicking out the foreigners for next season I thought a look at the leading scorers in this season's Cup might be instructive.
13 - Marlon Alex James (Kedah)
10 - Sasa Branezac (UPB MyTeam)
9 - Carlos Caceres (Perak)
8 - Hilary Echesa (PDRM), Frank Seator (Selangor) , Mohd Fadaly Baharom (Kedah).
Interestingly both Branezac and Seator seem to find scoring easier in Malaysia than they did in Indonesia. Both players have recently spend time in the island nation, most recently Branezac was with Deltras and Seator with Persis.
