Radojko Avramović Interview
On my recent trip to Singapore I was lucky enough to have an interview their national team coach Radojko Avramović.
As a player Raddy played for Coventry City for one season and the first thing I asked his was whether he ever played against the Arsenal.
Not only did he play against us, he remembered the year, the score, the scorer and the weather. As I was at the same game I could vouch for what he said about the game.
How depressing is that? A couple of middled aged geezers sitting in an office at the Singapore FA discussing a game played 25 years earlier that had no impact on anything. Except perhaps us!
Of course we didn't just talk about that game. If you wanna know the score you'll have to ask Raddy. Cos I ain't telling.
