Weekend wrap
Didn't see any games at the weekend, I was too busy test driving my mates new bar stool. Works fine but did leave me shaking next day.
PSMS Medan v PSS Sleman 3-1 5,000
PSSB Bireuen v Persib Bandung 1-2 6,000
Persema Malang v Persik Kediri 1-1
Persib v Persikota Tangerang City 0-0 22,000
PSS v Persikabo Bogor District 1-1 20,000 (!)
S Padang v PSIS Semarang 0-0 1,000
Persija v Persela 1-0
Pelita Jaya v Persita 0-0 8,000
You win, you lose, the only consistency is in the inconsistency. With few goals around the highlights were in the bookings. It was like panto season on Shaftesbury Avenue as yellow cards were waved with gay abandon. 8 at Persib against improving Persikota. 10 at Depok where the ref, free from fear of upsetting the home fans managed in a FOX NEWS kinda way upset both teams in a fair and balanced manner. 5 from each side saw yellow in a game settled by Bambang's 11th goal of the season. The ref was from Bandung! The PJ game had 7 bookings. Maybe the refs were on a bonus. 3 points separate Persib, PSMS, Sriwijaya and Persija
PSM Makassar v Persiwa 2-1 12,000
Perseman v Persipura 1-1 15,000
Persis Solo v Persijap 1-2 20,000
Persipura v Persiter 2-0 15,000
Persiwa v Persmin 3-1 6,000
Sidoarjo v PKT Bontang 1-0 12,000
PSIM Yogya v Persiba 2-2 2,000
Persipura lead Group 2 on goal difference from second place Jepara. Another Bandung ref dishing out the cards, 7 at Sidoarjo. Persiwa have been doing pretty well recently, inspired by the goals of Sunday Seah. He scored 3 in the last 2. Just love some of the names here! 2 points separate Persipura, Persijap, Persiwa and PSM
