The AFC Cup

International football hogs the stage this week with Singapore's two representatives, Tampines and SAF both in quarter final action. Al Faisaly visit Tampines Stadium tonight in the first leg while SAF head west to play Shabab Al Ordun in Jordan with the match kicking off at 9.30 local time because of the fasting month.

I good day for football, hope the teams from Singapore do well.

Jakarta, if a team from Jordan wins the competition, and there is a good chance, do you think they should be moved into the Champions League?
my understanding is the afc will be enforcing new rules for the champions league. clubs must come from a professional leagues and stadium must meet certain standards like floodlighting, vip seats and airport access.

would like a singapore team to win as it would be a boost for south east asian football
