Indonesia Squad For Upcoming Friendlies

Indonesia's national team is meeting up in Jakarta ahead of two friendlies early next month and although coach Luis Milla's focus is on the SEA Games in August a number of familiar names have been called up to add experience.

After exceeding expectations at last year's AFF Suzuki Cup when they lost in the final to Thailand Indonesia will be looking to build on  that showing against Cambodia and Puerto Rico but they do so with an almost completely overhauled squad.

Milla has been helped this year by regulations that force clubs to include a minimum number of young players but at the same time the Liga 1 campaign is contuning with no break for international fixtures and Maryianto for example played for Persipura yesterday, scoring against Barito Putera before having to fly on to Jakarta to meet his team mates ahead of flying to Cambodia on Monday.

Goalkeepers - Kurnia Meiga (Arema), Satria Tama (Gresik United)

Defenders - Gavin Kwan (Barito Putera), Andy Setyo (PS TNI), Fachrudin Arianto (Madura United), Bagus Adi Nugroho (Arema), Rezaldi Hehanusa (Persija), Osvaldo Haay Ardiles (Persipura)

Midfield - M Hargianto (Persija), Stefano Lilypaly (SC Cambuur), Bayu Pradana (Mitra Kukar), Hanif Sjahbandi (Arema), Febri Hariyadi (Persib), Miftahul Hamdi (Bali United), Gian Zola (Persib), Irfan Bachdim (Bali United), Septian David (Mitra Kukar), Saddil Ramdani (Persela)

Strikers - Yabes Roni (Bali United), Marinus Mariyanto (Persipura), Nur Hardianto (Persela)
