Timor Leste surprised everyone at the SEA Games by winning their opening games against Laos and Philippines.

Now they need to ensure their locally based players, deprived of a league, get the chance to play competitive football on a regular basis.

And that is the main idea behind my latest column in the Jakarta Globe!
