Advantage Felda
These are heady days for any fans there may be of Felda United. After earning promotion to the Super League and coming runners up to Pahang in the FA Cup earlier in the season, the men from a government department took a giant step towards reaching the Malaysia Cup final after humiliating Selangor 4-0 at the Shah Alam Stadium.
A hat trick from one time Perth Glory striker Ndumba Makeche and one of course from Edward Wilson Junior have given Felda one foot in the next round as they target the final for the first time in their history.
Kelantan defeated Kedah 3-1 in front of an estimated 14,000 with two goals from Forkey Doe, from corners, and one from Faakri Sarani. Syafiq Ahmad scored Kedah's consolation. Kelantan remain on target for a fourth final in five years.
Fauzi Majid gave another newly promoted side, PDRM, the lead at Pahang but Dickson Nwakaeme restored parity for the home side early in the second half.
