Former Villa Player Heading To Indonesia?
So far the alternate Liga Primer Indonesia, which is supposed to start on 8 January, has been big on eye catching headlines.
After players like Marcello Salas, Rigobert Song and Robbie Fowler have been linked comes news that a former Aston Villa legend is being lined up. No, not Pongo Waring but Lee Hendrie. It's as much fun as the transfer window in England I tell thee.
Hendrie is currently on a short term deal with Bradford City and after spending a few weeks in West Yorkshire walking the Dales with a bloody freezing winter on the horizon what self respecting chap wouldn't want to exchange all that for Surabaya, which is mentioned in the story, and hiking in Tretes.
