Frank Seator

Ahh Seator. He is one of them players that seems to have been around for donkeys years. He probably has. Keeping track of his career is like trying to keep track of Lesser Spotted Bearded Wagtails. You know they're out there but buggered if you know where at any moment in time.

I first came across the Liberian striker with Persija. He didn't stay long before he was shipped to Sriwijaya and he didn't stay long before he was shipped to PSMS. Where he didn't stay long before he was shipped to Persis Solo. Where he didn't stay long before he ended up in Malaysia with Selangor.

He kinda fell off my radar once the Malaysians kicked out the foreign players though I did read of him turning up in Oman. He keeps turning up in Google searches and now, bugger me, he's in Myanmar, rattling in the goals for South Myanmar coached by Ken Worden who probably knew the burly striker from his days coaching Terengganu et all.

Of course before his South east Asian days Seator's career was already interesting. A fine example of a career where a player never stays long enough in one place to buy a second tube of toothpaste...
