Tottenham decide imitation is the sincerest form of flattery
After spending most of the last 20, 30 years living in Arsenal's shadow, Tottenham have decided if you can't beat them. better to bloody well join them.
As ever with Tottenham you get the impression they were just in a rush to jump on a band wagon for fear of being left behind rather than actually getting innovative on their own account.
Why else would they choose a strategic partnership with a team, South China in Hong Kong, whose shirt matches that of North London rivals Arsenal?

you would think tottenham butthey seem unwilling to exploittheir relationship with mansion...or maybe the other way round
likewise arsenal work with the guys behind pelita jaya on a football academy but no further
tbh until management of the game improves here i think english clubs will be reluctant to get involved
