From Jakarta to Bandung

The AFC website is reporting that the Under 19 qualifying round, originally scheduled for Jakarta in November, will now take place in Bandung. Or what they call Bandung City.

Now I'm assuming they mean Siliwangi Stadium in Bandung but I'm not sure if it reaches AFC standards.

Persib used to play there but they have now moved to Soreang where they share Jalak Harupat Stadium with Persikab.

But...Jalak Harupat recieved some structural damage during a recent earthquake and so while that stadium is rendered unsafe Persib, and probably Persikab, may have to look elsewhere. Vis a vis Siliwangi Stadium.

Persib are free of any ISL commitments during the first week of November, when the Under 19s will be held, while Persikab, who play in the Premier League, have yet to see their fixture list.

I did try writing to the AFC for some kind of clarification but, you know how it is...

Comments:
Meanwhile, the PSSI has moved the venue for the AFC Under-19 Championship Group F qualifiers. The Nov. 7-18 tournament was originally scheduled to be held at Lebak Bulus Stadium in Jakarta, but now has been shifted to Si Jalak Harupat Stadium in Bandung.
