15,000 reasons why NAS is now a Crazy Lion
Launching is when football clubs here in Indonesia kind of open themselves up to the fans. It's like an open day.
Yesterday Arema Malang had their launching and such is the enthusiasim ahead of the new season some 15,000 fans joined the party.
New coach Robert Alberts has brought back the enthusiasm to the team known as the Crazy Lions with some high profile signings like Singapore duo Noh Alam Shah and Muhamed Riduan.
In the friendly against Division One side Persid Jember Arema ran riot winning 5-0 with Alam Shah scoring the first.
Also on the scoresheet was another new signing Gery Setya Adi Nugraha who last season scored prolifically for the Pelita Jaya Under 21s.
