A serious article about the TPL

I wore a shirt for this piece and even did a spell check as I entered such lofty company. Football Partnerships is a B2B networking grouping bringing together industry professionals so I wrote an uber polite article about the TPL boom.

It was written a few weeks ago so some job titles may have changed...

PS the shirt had some missing buttons and a Bintang stain down the front...

Comments:
What was the tipping point was for the TPL. Was there one club that took the initiative and the rest followed? Did the TPL pass some regulations on marketing and developing a fan base?

I think it's a number of factors. AFC standards are high in the list I think along with the move to more community based clubs

also i think that once the thais get it into their heads to try and market something they just get on with it

having pattaya united and muang thong united at the top table at the same time has helped i think as well
