Persik v Persitara 0-0
Slish splash I was taking a bath. This game was delayed by an hour to allow the monsoonal downpour to stop but no time was given for the pitch to drain which meant this was more like a Sunday kick around with your mates rather than a professional league encounter. To be fair there could be no plan B.
Saktiawan Sinaga came on second half for the home side and shook things up for a while, hitting the crossbar on one occassion, but he got red carded for clubbing a Persitara from behind. Not once but twice and right in front of the ref would you believe. Bless my soul and all that.
Arema v Persib 0-2
The first half has been a full on affair and despite Hilton Moriera giving Persib the lead on 11' with a smart header at the near post little has been seen of the Bandung side as an attacking threat with Lorenzo Carbanas and Cristian Gonzalez being strangely quiet.
Udo Fortune has gone close to equalising three times while Arif Suryono, despite an early booking, has twice forced the Persib keeper into making vital saves.
Remember how I said Gonzales had done jack shit? On 62' he gives Persib a 2-0 lead. Really, it's been all Arema second half but they don't have an out and out striker while Persib have that geezer Gonzalez

SAF v Tampines Rovers 4-2
Two goals in the first 23 minutes by Noh Alam Shah and Sutee Sukomsit have given Tampines the perfect start away to SAF. Therdsak pulled one back from the spot on 25' while an og early in the second half levelled things for the home side against an unbeaten Tampines.
To add to the fun SAF's Zulfadli Zainal Abidin was red carded on 66' but with 13' left Aleksander Duric gave the home side the lead for the first time. Two minutes later and NAS gets red carded! Last minute Duric makes it 4-2.
My old mate Po Hui was at the game and said, with classic understatement, that it was a 'controversial ending.'
For an aging side with concerns about the legs going on some of the players, SAF have been getting more than a few late goals recntly. As for Tampines, their first defeat of the season
Thai Premier League
BEC Tero v Bangkok Glass 1-1
PEA Ayutthaya v Chula United 2-2
TTM Samut Sakhon v Port Authority 2-1
TOT v Osotspa 1-2
A couple of early red cards, one for each side, kicked off Bangkok Glass' away game against BEC Tero. The Glass went into the game unbeaten and clear at the top of the TPL and took the lead just before half time through Chartree Jintalae. Chakrit Buathong equalised for the home side on the hour and apologies if my transliteration sucks.
Disappointment for last season's champions PEA who let slip a 2-0 lead at home to Chula. All the goals came late as TTM beat Port 2-1. Bekembo gave the Smokers the lead on 76' while Port equalised on 88'. Thanongdak scored the late, late winner for TTM to show they weren't suffering from any jet lag after their exploits in the Singapore Cup.
