Singapore Look to Bishan

With the National Stadium soon to be bulldozeised and Jalan Besar Stadium to be replasticised the Singapore FA are looking to hold future internationals at Bishan Stadium. Currently with a capacity of 68, two teh tarik stalls and some nesting birds Bishan will be adding some temporary stands to boost the capacity.

In theory AFF Cup holders Singapore could be hosting a leg of the semi final and the final of the upcoming AFF Cup.

The Singapore Cup final in November may also be played at Bishan Stadium though the new floating pitch by the marina is also being considered. Much depends on whether the arm bands for the ball boys can be sponsored.
