Now West Java Police Say No!
'It is not just once or twice. It's every time Persib lose at home the bobotoh (Persib fans) they cause problems. They don't understand being sporting.'
So says a top West Java police official as he announced he wouldn't permit Siliwangi Stadium to be used by Persib for future home games.
Maybe it's good the police are taking the lead as football itself seems unable to do anything about it. But stadium closures need to be backed up by education programmes about the game of football and these should come from the clubs, the supporters and the FA.
