They may not have a stadium. They have a coach in dispute with management. They have another coach acting in an unofficial capacity because the first coach is still contracted to them. Their first home game against city rivals Persija will be played a four hour drive away. They have no money.
They are Persitara or North Jakarta.
A second team in Jakarta will help create a rivalry and football loves a good rivalry.
