Good weekend for Perak
With Kedah surprisingly held by Negeri Sembilan and Selangor goalless at home to Terengganu Perak beat Perlis 2-0, Khalid Jamlus getting the second, to slip into second place, four points behind Kedah. Alex James, of course, gave Kedah the lead on 65' minutes but Negeri Sembilan equalised in injury time through Lamin Conteh.
The match at Shah Alam Stadium, Selangor, was delayed by an hour because of floodlight failure and was then marred by two red cards, one from each side.
In the battle of the initials PDRM were held to a 2-2 draw by DPMM in Brunei.
