This weekends games
God I'm in a bad mood. The bloody pathetic local FA have decreed that the 2 games I wanted to see this weekend be played without fans. Bandung because of a pitch invasion. Jakarta because the fans said bad things about the FA...what would they do if there was a serious incident like in Roma earlier this week? At least the police won't get the blame for lashing out indiscriminately. They'd be the first on their toes.
Back to the football. The highlight is obviously Bandung v Medan. A win for Bandung and they go top. Medan win and they have a 4 point cushion. Sriwijaya host Tangerang City and they will be looking to improve their goal difference against the team who have scored twice away all season. Sunday sees Jakarta host Deli Serdang...
In Group 2 the highlight is Jayapura at home to Makassar. The Papuan giants have lost their lost couple of games on the road and now lie 7th. Victory could see them back in the Top 4. Surabaya in 17th host Minhasa and are desperate for 3 points and Minhasa don't travel so well.
