Asian Champions League
The ACL kicks off next week and Indonesia are represented by a couple of East Java's finest.
League Champions Kediri fly to Japan where they play Urawa Reds. Also in their group are Sydney and Shanghai Shenhua. I have no idea whether Indonesian TV is covering the games. One would hope so.
Indonesian Cup Winners Arema Malang are also turning Japanese, hosting Kawasaki Frontale. Completing the group are Bangkok University and the Korean Chunam Dragons.
There's no denying both clubs have difficult ties and are in difficult groups.
Good luck to both of you ...
